Dr. Robertsongraduated from the Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. He practiced 11 years in Seattle before moving to North County San Diego. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), California Medical Association (CVMA), and the San Diego Veterinary Medical Association (SDVMA). Dr. Robertson is certified in veterinary acupuncture and also enjoys soft tissue surgery, dermatology, dentistry, and internal medicine.

In his spare time, he can be found outdoors swimming, hiking, biking, running, and attending his children's sporting activities.

His personal pets include one boxer named Ruby, a 1/2 chihuahua named Dobby, a Frenchie named Roxy, and mini pig named Olivia, and two giant African leopard tortoises named Lachlan and Nessy.
